You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Log into your account and visit the Orders section, or contact our customer service team. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Sale items marked with 30% or more discount are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
